The job profile will mainly include:
- Co-ordination with customers for Service Support
- Assigning calls to engineers, Scheduling for Engineers, Call follow up from Engineers.
- Monitoring engineers work on daily basis
- Maintaining reports of all calls & other documentation etc.
Candidate should be
- Smart
- Having good communication skills, Strong team leading capacity, Controlling ability
- Min.6 months to 1 yr exp in similar profile
